We wanted to trade in our 2025 Honda Pilot EXL. We did not care for the dealership in Chattanooga. I called Team One and we drove to Albertville Alabama and met with Ron, the Sales Manager and he sold us our new 2025 Nissan Murano SL. What a great experience. Ron was very knowledgeable and professional and made us feel very welcomed. This is probably one of the top 3 dealerships I have visited in my 78 years! What a pleasant surprise!
I'm on my second Altima from Jason. He had most of the paperwork ready when I arrived which cut down the time I had to spend at the dealership. He was also good to help me with all the new features that my last one didn't have.

The buying process was simple and no surprises! The finance guy really helped us out with 0%, it made my payment so much less than my previous vehicle. I think they have a customer for life!

I had been searching for a new to me car for quite a while, and found one that was about 5 miles from my house. However the sales person was horrible and I didn't want to buy from them, but my husband thought it was an ok deal.
